IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?

Emergency, Preventive and Preferred memberships do not carry a cancellation fee.

If you have a Preferred membership, there is a $50 cancellation fee during the first year. Preferred members can downgrade to , Preventive or Emergency for the remainder of those 12 months to avoid the cancellation fee.
