HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP? Call 1 (866) 245-2818 begin the cancellation process. Our Customer Service hours are 7am to 7pm MST from Monday through Friday, and 9am to 4pm MST on Saturdays. Customer Service is closed on Sundays and most major holidays.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE? Emergency, Preventive and Preferred memberships do not carry a cancellation fee. If you have a Preferred membership, there is a $50 cancellation fee during the first year. Preferred members can downgrade to , Preventive or Emergency for the remainder of those 12 months to avoid the cancellation fee.
